Our web database system is written in PERL which is a CGI program available on almost any server/host, therefore making it easy to install and run anywhere. Because PERL is a language well-suited for the Internet, it is much less cumbersome to use than Windows based programs which are generally associated with MS Access based systems like ours and must be run on servers using Windows, which are generally more expensive than other servers. |

The look and design of the basic web site is set up based on the customer's needs and wants as are the search specifications. Uploading of the data is done from the office database with the click of a button. Special features, such as automatic resizing of photos for the web, are also available on the office system.
Additional special features include automatic replies, for example on holiday rental web sites, which send
