RENTAL and PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DATABASES
This program has been developed over a period of 4 years, it is the industry standard program in use on the Costa Del Sol (Spain).

    RESERVATIONS/BOOKINGS
  • Search for availablity by dates, number of bedrooms, type of property, or un/furnished.
  • Bookings may be for owners, clients or provisional (provisional booking are given an expiry date and may be fullytracked).
  • Bookings information includes amounts to client, owner, subagent if any and to management company. Local taxes may be calculated if so required.
  • Car hire, golf bookings & airport pickups are organised together with accounting for hire & extra services.
  • Holiday makers can obtain an individualised colour brochure in their chosen language - all done by return email completely automatically, if desired.
    ACCOUNTS
  • Owners accounts may be prepared for any period, either for all owners or for an individual owner. Accounts include amounts from rentals, maintenance fees, payments and cancelled bookings where applicable. Owners may obtain an account by logging in to the system via the web site with ID and password. An account and schedule of bookings will be emailed to them automatically.
  • Client accounts and enquiries, reservations, and statements can also be generated and may be sent by mail or fax.
  • Instant analysis of balances for all owners and a printout to help the writing of cheques to owners.
    STORAGE/REFERENCE
  • Storage of property owner details - 2 addresses, 2 emails, 7 contact telephone numbers.
  • Storage of property details - stores pictures, complete accomodation and features details, seasonal rates for each property, monthly account charges, resort or area information, inventory of contents with value of items.
    MAINTENANCE
  • Tracking of all maintenance tasks with listing of unfinished works organise by trades, by property or for all jobs.
  • Accounts auto - update monthly fees.
  • Preparation of estimates.
  • Tracking of who did what work.
