Our office based
databases are built
using Visual Basic within the MS Access framework and are designed specifically
for the needs of particular businesses, such as holiday rental companies and
estate agents, with many facilities not available on similar systems. They are
easy to use and work on any computer with MS Office 2000. The standard package
comes with many features and can also be tailored to the specific needs of the
client. It is available as a stand-alone system for office use only or
integrated with our web system.
The programs are easy to use and in a
simple format. Users work in their choice of language: although data entries are
the same throughout, programs carry all language versions. Space may be allotted
at the 'receiving end' to allow for translation of Users comments into English
or any required standard.
Ease of use: All entry fields are in a logical order, grouped by related
items and flow progressively and naturally from one area of interest to
another.
Speed: All facilities are automated, the user is not required to write e-
mails or to use complex WordProcessor documents or to use surface mail - users
need possess only the most basic IT skills.
